  • Where can I buy the VR CONCERT BOX?

VR CONCERT BOX is available through our official website. Items purchased through unofficial channels may not be eligible for QR code registration or customer support.

  • How much is the VR CONCERT BOX and how is it shipped?

You can find information regarding pricing on our official website. You can check the available shipping regions and estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

  • How do I install the app?

Scan the QR code in the VR CONCERT BOX or search for “AMAZE VR CONCERTS” in your app store. After launching the app, enter the code printed in the guide to experience the VR CONCERT.

  • How do I register the QR code?

On the app’s home screen or the top-right corner, scan the QR code and enter the 16-digit number. Once registration is complete, you’ll be able to download the concert.

  • Can I use the QR code multiple times?

No. Each QR code can only be registered once per account. Once registered, it cannot be used again on another account or device.

  • I entered the QR code but it's not registering.

Please check that the code was entered correctly. If the problem persists, contact us at support@amazevr.com with a screenshot of the error screen.

  • How can I watch the video?

After registering the QR code, download the VR CONCERT you want to watch and place your device in the VR CONCERT BOX to enjoy.
Streaming is not supported.

  • It stopped downloading midway. What do I do?

Please check your Wi-Fi connection and make sure you have enough storage space. When you restart the app, the download will resume from where it stopped.

  • Can I view the videos even when offline?

You cannot watch the concert offline. For security purposes, an internet connection is required to play the concert.

  • Can I delete the downloaded videos?

You can select and delete content by tapping the delete button in the app. Deleted content can be downloaded again.

  • The app doesn't open.

Please update the app and try again. If the problem persists, please delete and reinstall the app.

  • Can I stay logged in?

If you select the auto login option when installing the app, your login will remain active for up to 90 days.

  • Can I log in from another device?

For account security, simultaneous logins are not allowed. When you log in on a new device, all previous devices will be logged out automatically.

  • Where can I find the registered ID?

You can check your account information only if you have registered a QR code. Send your registered QR code number to support@amazevr.com, and we’ll let you know which account is linked to it.

  • If I change my registered account (phone number or email), can I keep my downloaded content?

Send your registered account and a photo of the purchased QR code to support@amazevr.com, and our team will assist you.

  • Is there a recommended phone size for the VR CONCERT BOX?

Our VR CONCERT BOX is optimized for phones between 4.5 and 7 inches in size.

  • Adjusting the Headset Band

Tighten the side and top straps of the headset to secure it firmly on your head. If it’s too loose, the screen may appear blurry, and if it’s too tight, it may feel uncomfortable. Adjust the straps to find a comfortable and stable fit.

  • IPD, Lens-to-Screen Distance Adjustment

IPD (Eye Spacing Distance) Adjustment: Adjust the distance between the lenses to match the spacing of your eyes. This ensures a clear image without overlap.
When properly aligned, the 3D depth appears more natural and eye strain is reduced.
Lens-to-Screen Distance Adjustment: Adjust the distance between the lenses and the screen to change the field of view (FOV). A closer distance increases immersion with a wider view but may cause some distortion, while a farther distance provides a narrower yet more stable image.

  • The screen looks blurry or overlapped.

Make sure the lenses are clean and the headset straps are properly adjusted so the device fits securely on your head. To maintain optimal performance, always keep the lenses clean and smudge-free. Use only a dedicated microfiber polishing cloth and avoid liquid cleaners. If dust builds up, gently wipe it off and avoid touching the lenses directly with your fingers.
